Route maps will be available at the Registration / Check-in area. All routes have between 1 to 3 Rest Stops with refreshments, snacks, & restrooms. SAG / Support Vehicles are available on the route to provide transportation for tired participants to next Rest Stop or Start / Finish line.
You do not have to decide in advance which route you will be walking, routes all begin & end at same location.
Like the effects of MS go on, so do we — rain, snow, or shine. Please dres accordingly. If there is a safety concern, the Walk MS route may be closed, but most sites offer an indoor walking option.
